HELLO,
For years, I felt trapped—trapped in a body that didn’t feel like mine, in relationships that left me unseen, and in a life that didn’t reflect who I truly was. I struggled with my health, suffered from severe social anxiety, and abandoned my creative voice. The version of me that wanted to take up space, to sing, to express, to live fully—she was buried beneath, self-doubt, fear and my good girl nature. At some point I no longer felt myself.
From an incredibly creative Women to a ghost of my former self.
Until at 30 I moved to the other side of the world and slowly started realising my own self abandonment.
But transformation doesn’t happen all at once. It happens in layers.
I went from struggling with chronic health issues and feeling disconnected from my body to becoming the healthiest I had ever been. Strength training, movement, and nutrition became my foundation—not just for physical health, but for reclaiming my personal power.
I spent years in toxic cycles—both with myself and others. I was a people-pleaser, afraid to disrupt the status quo, but deep down, I knew I was abandoning myself. When I finally recognized the patterns holding me back, I started making bold, necessary choices. I left a marriage that no longer aligned with me, stepped away from environments that kept me small, and began honoring my own voice—first internally, then out loud.
Music was always my love, but for years, I ran from it. I told myself it wasn’t practical, that I wasn’t good enough, that it was too late. But the more I silenced myself, the more disconnected I became. When I finally committed to my voice—through singing, songwriting, and self-expression—it became the bridge back to myself. I left work that drained me, invested in my growth, and built a life centered around art, music, and authentic expression.
One of the biggest turning points in my life was leaving everything I knew to move to Mexico. Alone. I had no roadmap—just a deep knowing that something needed to change. In that leap, I discovered a version of myself I had never met before. I performed on foreign stages, wrote my truth into songs, and proved to myself that I was capable of rebuilding my life from the ground up.
Now, I help women do the same.
I coach women who feel stuck—women who know they’re meant for more but need the confidence, clarity, and courage to step into their next chapter. Whether through vocal coaching, creative mentorship, or self-expression work, my mission is to help you find your voice—both literally and metaphorically. Because when you do, everything changes.
If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself, your creativity, and your confidence, I’m here to support you.
“If you are not free to be who you are. You not free!”
