EXPERIENCE

Since I was eighteen I have ran my own businesses, with hands on experience in sales, marketing, business management and scaling. I know what it takes to establish and turn an idea into a profitable endeavour.

With additional training in understanding the nervous system and Somatics I take a holistic approach to the work I do.

I also regularly hold space for Women’s Embodiment Circles and support groups with over 250 clinical hours. As well as teaching Singing/Songwriting classes, workshops.

My own embodiment practice of Singing and Songwriting is an ever deepening connection to self that I love to also sharing with the world. From time to time you can catch me performing in venues in your city, events and weddings around the world.
